What we actually do on your server

Buying files and promising you’ll “host it later” is how sites sit in a Downloads folder until next year. If you want people to find you, the site has to live on a real domain with a lock in the address bar.

That’s the $149 plan: you bring a small Linux server and a domain. We put the site on it. You write the rest. The $349 plan is that plus we write it like your business. We’re not your hosting company either way.

On a typical job we

1. Point your domain at your box.
2. Get the site running with HTTPS.
3. Give you an admin login so you can change a sentence without calling us.
4. Click through home, contact, and admin so we know it works.

If you don’t have a server yet, add “Help me get a server” for $49 and we’ll walk you through opening a cheap Ubuntu box. You still pay that company every month.

Don’t reuse sample passwords. Keep a backup. One person who can log in, plus one backup person, is plenty.
