What I’m selling

You can buy the website files ($59–$109 depending on the design) and do everything yourself, or you can pay me to put the site on a server you already rent and, if you want, write the pages, make pictures, submit you to search engines, and place backlinks. I am not your hosting company. The monthly server bill is yours.

What you can do with the files

Use them for your business on servers you control. Don’t turn around and sell the raw files as your own template shop. After I install, the words and photos you add are yours.

What’s in a paid plan

Exactly what’s listed on the Plans page for the plan you bought. It isn’t unlimited redesign, and it isn’t me on retainer unless we quote that separately.

Your part

You’re responsible for the name, contact details, photos, and claims on the live site after I hand it over. If you leave demo text up, that’s on you. Don’t publish someone else’s work as yours.

Previews

The live previews are so you can click around before you buy. Don’t submit those preview URLs to Google as your real website.
